Records retention policy

We retain certain records to operate the service, provide customer support, and meet legal and security obligations.

2. What we retain

  • Account data (username, password hash, preferences)
  • Session records used for sign-in and security
  • Purchase and payment records (as applicable)
  • Support and abuse reports

3. How long we retain data

Retention periods vary depending on the record type and applicable requirements. We aim to keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

4. Deletion requests

You can request account deletion through the account deletion flow. Some records may be retained after deletion when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
