Marketplace seller agreement

1. Overview
This agreement governs your participation as a seller on the marketplace. By listing items for sale, you agree to comply with the platform rules and applicable laws.
2. Seller responsibilities
- You must have the rights to sell the content you upload.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of titles, descriptions, and categorization.
- You must follow the content moderation and acceptable use policies.
- You must not attempt to circumvent payments, fees, watermarking, or licensing.
3. Fees, payouts, and taxes
The platform may charge marketplace fees and payment processing fees. Payouts and tax reporting depend on your region and the payout provider(s). You are responsible for your own tax obligations.
4. Takedowns and disputes
We may remove listings or restrict accounts for policy violations, DMCA claims, or suspected fraud. We may request additional information to resolve disputes.
5. Termination
You may stop selling at any time by unpublishing listings. We may suspend or terminate seller access in accordance with our policies.
